Shipping
All mail orders are sent via Canada Post or alternate shipping partners. Rates are calculated with the Canada Post shipping calculator at checkout. Canadian orders over $150 (before tax) ship free. Handling time is currently 1-5 business days. All online shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Customs or duties may be applicable to certain orders.
Insurance is optional and available for all orders via Route Shipping Insurance. This is our only method of protecting orders once they have left our care. Cost is based on the total of your order. Route is automatically added to your cart and can be removed if not wanted or for pick-up orders.
Once it's out of our hands, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged orders nor can we control the logistics of shipping.
In-Store Pick Up
In-store pick-up is free and available daily during business hours at 928 Queen Street West and 1179 Queen Street East, Toronto. Just select it at checkout.
When picking up your item, please have your order number handy. Ask an associate at the front desk.
If an order has been fulfilled and is awaiting pickup, but requested to be cancelled, it will be subject to a restocking fee.
Orders that are not collected within 3 months will be considered abandoned.
